Live Fish and Plants Shipping:

Live fish and plants are delicate and require special handling to ensure their safe arrival. Therefore, we ship live fish and plants on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays, provided there are no public holidays that might affect delivery schedules. This allows for sufficient transit time to minimize the risk of prolonged shipping durations over weekends (All Live Fish and Plant orders must be in by the Sunday night in order to be shipped out that week).

Other Aquarium Goods Shipping:

While we strive to ship all other aquarium goods, such as equipment and accessories, on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays, there may be instances where shipments are processed later in the week. However, we make every effort to ensure timely delivery and minimize any delays in shipping.

Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping methods, including standard and express options, to suit your needs. The shipping method selected at checkout will determine the estimated delivery time and cost. Our courier is AusPost.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. You can view the shipping charges for your order during the checkout process before making payment.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or mis deliveries. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Shipping Notifications:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that certain products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to legal or logistical reasons. Unfortunately our live fish cannot be shipped to the Northen Territory or Tasmania. We will notify you if any restrictions apply to your order.

Western Australia Customers:

Live fish CAN be shipped to WA customers under certain conditions. All fish that enter WA require a biosecurity check in order to enter the state, this WILL be an extra charge that you must cover. Unfortunately we are not able to finalize any WA Live fish orders through our website. However, is you are a WA customer and do wish to purchase some fish you can email us at aussiefishkeeping@gmail.com. We will then be able to confirm your order and charge you for the extra biosecurity fee.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.
